The U.S government has released newly declassified record on the September 11 terrorist attacks.
It is the first investigative record to be disclosed since president Joe Biden ordered a public release of the documents. The documents released by the FBI describe the contacts between the hijackers and their associates in the U.S.
The documents offered no evidence that the Saudi government was involved in the plot speculation of the official involvement swirled shortly after the attacks. When it was revealed that 15 of the 19 attackers were Saudis. Early the Saudi embassy in Washington said it supported the full declassification of all the records to end the baseless allegations.
