Iraq summit : Iran calls for dialogue to achieve peace in region

Iraq’s prime minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi says his country won’t be used for launching attacks on neighboring countries.

At a summit in Baghdad, Iran has emphasized the need for achieving peace through a dialogue free from foreign interference. French president Emmanuel Macron said the Arab region continues to stand with Iraq in its fight against terrorism.

He said the region needs to coordinate its efforts and work together to combat terrorism. Meanwhile the Arab nations have renewed and reaffirmed their support for the stability and security of Iraq.
