Taliban spokesperson Sabila Mujahid says that the Afghan war has officially ended with the takeover of the Panjshir Valley.
Addressing a press conference in Kabul they have reiterated the promise of an inclusive Afghan government. The Taliban spokesperson said that they assured Pakistan that the Afghan soil will not be used against any country. They had said that regional countries including Pakistan, Iran, China and Russia would be invited to the interim government ceremony in Kabul.
