The U.S does not have hostile intent towards Pyongyang and is open for dialogue anytime and any place.
The country’s special envoy sang kim said that this while addressing media after meeting with his South Korean counterpart in seoul. The two sides held a talk on resumption of dialogue with Pyongyang amid the renewed tensions over the allies ongoing military drills.
They also discussed possible humanitarian aid to the country. Some said the ongoing U.S, South Korea military exercises are long-standing routine and purely defensive in nature.
