In the U.S, a man has been arrested after making a bomb threat near the congress building in Washington D.C.
Capitol police negotiated with floyd ray roseberry who had parked a pickup truck near the library of congress. Rosebury told an officer who approached him that he had a bomb while holding what appeared to be a detonator the u.s house and senate were on recess. But some people were still working in the buildings.
Capitol police chief Thomas mangers at later stepped out of the vehicle and surrendered. Police said that they discovered possible bomb-making materials in the vehicle but no bomb his motives remain unknown.
